There’s much to do and see in and around The Yorks all year but the Summer and Autumn is especially beautiful and is a great vacation location suitable for all ages offering either peace and quiet or tons of fun and excitement with activities of all kinds. | ||

At the current time we have six Vacation properties that are either on the ocean, ocean view, and all are only minutes walk to the beach and downtown attractions. We have 2-5 bedroom beach houses that we rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday in Peak-Season-July and August and in Mid-Season-June, September and October.

June features the Farmers Market, Stripper Tournaments, and Strawberry Festivals. July and August feature Live Concerts on the beach at Ellis Park’s Gazebo every weekend as well as York Historical Events, York Days Fireworks and Parades, Antique Tractor and Engine Show, The Maine Festival, and much more. September and October features beautiful Autumn colors and many activities such as the Maine Festival Celebration, the York Beach Criterium, York Art in the Park, York Beach Sidewalk Sale, and the annual four day Oktoberfest featuring a Pow-Wow, Classic Car Auto Show and a great Parade.
