Reservation Instructions 1) Call John Mon.-Sat 10AM to 7PM (781) 932-8570 or email me anytime at johnsalemme@verizon.net to notify me of the cottage and dates you want to reserve and I will pencil in your name & phone number for that cottage and date while waiting to receive your security deposit. To Hold the cottage we must receive your Security deposit within 7-10 days of penciling in. Go to YorkRentals.com for more photos, cottages, & info. if needed. 2) Make your $300.00 refundable security deposit check payable to: “Edward G. Whalen” and mail to: Diane Fitzgerald York Rentals 34 Dudley Street Arlington MA 02476 IMPORTANT: Please include your name, mailing address, & phone #’s with your check. THE DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 7-10 DAYS TO HOLD 3) Once your security deposit is received a Rental Agreement will be completed and mailed to you with instructions. The return of the signed Agreement confirms your reservation. Please note that your deposit is not applied to the rent balance but is refunded to you via check after your vacation as stated in your Rental Agreement. 4) Installment Payment Plan: If time allows and you want to use our installment rent payment plan it works as described & this information will be made part of the Rental Agreement. The installment plan consists of 2 equal payments. The first payment must be made within 30 days of the agreement date. The second & last payment must be made within 60 days but no later than May 1. Other terms may be available, please inquire. We offer a Rent Payment Installment Plan for the convenience of our guests since we do not accept credit cards.
