Reservation Instructions 1. Email johnsalemme@verizon.net to verify availability of the cottage for the dates of your choice. If the cottage and dates you prefer are available, we will pencil your name in for that cottage and week and then you must immediately today or tomorrow: 2. Send your refundable deposit check of $300.00 made payable to "Edward G. Whalen" and mail to: York Rentals Attn: John 338 Russell St Woburn, MA 01801 Please include your name, address, phone numbers & indicate your rent *Payment Plan preference. 3. When we receive your re-fundable deposit, we will complete your Rental Agreement and mail it to you with further instructions for signature, payment and return. Your deposit is not applied to the rent balance but is returned to you via check 7-10 days after you vacate your cottage as stated in Rental Agreement. * We offer a Rental Payment Installment plan for the convenience of our guests, since we do not accept credit cards. If you will be using our 2 installment rent payment plan, we must know the 2 payments dates you would like to schedule your 2 equal rent payments. This information is needed beforehand since it will be part of the rental agreement. The installment payments must be scheduled so that the total amount due is made in full by May 1 of the rental season. |
